I'll be honest and say I am slightly annoyed that my landlords make more than me. But out of over a dozen land lords only one is/was a farmer. The rest are business people/investors or off farm heirs.
I don't have the money to buy land, but are there other assets that work similar to land with less risk than the stock market? | |
