Hooker Twp,Ne | To me commercial property is a building that will only last so long…. Land will stay but may have a different use sometime down the road.. So I look at land more like looking at buying stock in stock market or shares in let’s say an ethanol plant. The dividends are nice to have and hope they pay off your initial investment but the gain or loss in initial investment when it’s time to sell is the maker or broker. | |
