Midwest | 1666guy - 12/31/2024 11:15 IMO there are better schools out there for that specific pathway. UNL, Purdue, & Iowa State have superb courses that consistently rank amongst the highest in the country, and SDSU doesn't even crack the top 5. Even a study from the Global Ag Tech Initiative supports this. I would ask him what careers he is looking at when he graduates and find a place more suited to that. There is no doubt the degree should help him land a multitude of places regardless of where he goes, but certain employers may value certain schools over others as the coursework is more rigorous and in depth.
Darr at Iowa State is one of the best I've ever been around |
