Graham drives need a PWM signal for rate and section control signals the same as a row clutch would get. The planter I have worked on with Graham drives uses an Ag Leader Hydraulic Seed Rate Module and Clutch Control Module to control the behavior of the drives. I'm not a PP guy so I don't know the exact parts, but a 20/20 can run hydraulic drives and clutches so It should work.
