southern MN		20 years ago I faced the same question.

I went with tile.

As wet as 15 of the past 20 years have been here, I would have near new empty bankrupt bins with little to put in them.

I never did any grain bins, but I’m way ahead getting a crop first!

Have not regretted my decision ever.
