I do not see a softening ever
Not unless the 80s repeats it self. That is very unlikely.
Rents softened once in the last 90 years. And that was in the 80s.
The farmer continues to get more efficient.
Farming methods get better yet
Genetics continue to improve
These things make it more competitive.
