I see what you mean. We have 2 fields, one 50 acres and another 25 acres that the contractor had to put in sub mains to make it work since they were so flat, in order to not have the laterals too deep from one end to the other (tight subsoil so closer spaced and shallower). Pretty complicated systems for such small fields, but they work. Glad we have a sharp contractor.
