For a simple job like rolling. You could buy a refurbished rugged tablet off e-bay for $250, download the free AgopenGps software. Buy a usb GPS receiver with the correct outputs, connect it to the tablet. Then you would have WAAS guidance for $300.
Uiiii... A typical AG Open community advice!
I know, Ag Open GPS users like to forget at the beginning the whole game! A usable rugged tablet is a Panasonic which runs at least win11! I think you will not get it for 250 US $? Other so called "rugget Tablets will not servive more than 100 hours in a tractor.
And to drive more or less straight with a on the screen guidance it need to be mounted straight in front of your nose! OK, you can mount it although a bit to the right site but its human kind, that you drive after a short while allways in the drection where you look,... So if you would like to drive straight you have to look stroght out of your tractor seat!
And what AG open Users like to forget:
YOu need a very good and stable mount for the tablet! Finaly you will land at a Ram Mount and this will be around 200US$
As next, the rugh tablet needs power! And it needs 110V power. THe get good an durable power you need a very good power convereter from 12V to 110Volt.
SO put of experience, you will finaly end at more than 1000 US$ even with the so called "free AG Open GPS"!
