Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | And even then you would be driving "trying to catch the lights". Back in the old days before I had auto steer I tried the "chase the lights game".
It sort of worked for me in the daylight where I had some visual clues as where to drive and could then check the LEDs to make corrections. It didn't work for me at night where I had to go by the indicator LEDs at all times.
It reminded me of trying to fly a plane by instruments. I could do it but it really made work out of flying. Like driving by sight, it was so much easier to let your instincts subconsciously guide you. I suppose with enough practice steering by the indicator LEDs like flying by instruments could become second nature. |
