While our headquarters are in the UK, we also have an office in the EST time zone and a rapidly growing dealer network that provides excellent support across North America. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and have yet to receive any complaints about poor support. If you’ve heard otherwise, I’d genuinely appreciate the opportunity to speak with those individuals and address any concerns directly.
Regarding hardware, our solutions are designed with both performance and reliability in mind, and we continuously refine our products based on customer feedback. While different companies have their own engineering approaches, we stand by the quality and durability of our system.
Lastly, I’d like to emphasise that Solsteer operates with professionalism and integrity. We don’t engage in bashing competitors, either online or offline, and prefer to let our products and customer service speak for themselves.
