Northern California | Hello all, I am looking to buy a drone for looking at our pivots to check for leaks or to diagnose issues. Also would use it for crop monitoring. I've been looking hard at the DJI Mini 4 Pro. I'm wondering if DJI's immersive flight drones might be a better option for me. I don't really need all the camera the mini has. Mainly would be used for live viewing. The fpv goggles would be very, very nice. I'm not looking to spend more than 1k. What are your thoughts.
Yesterday was at the World Ag Expo, talked with a number of spray drone guys there, very interesting. Visited with Kieth at Agrispray Drones for a while. There are still some glaring issues but honestly they open up a lot of options. EAVision J100 lifts 132lbs, how close is that to a pivot gear box? That could be a game changer. Thinking I should get my feet wet with something small before I go for the big stuff. ;)
