I've used that as well. Microsoft Image Composite Editor also works for stitching, thought not so much for maps.
For actual maps, I've had the best luck setting up a survey flight through Dronedeploy app or Map Pilot app, then using Maps Made Easy. I don't know for sure if those apps work with your specific model, however.
