CNY | Many good points already. Only thing is you will have some rained on/bad hay no matter how good your plans are. Either need some cows of your own or someone else’s to run it through.
Putting half your acreage into hay would sure make me nervous. You mentioned renting equipment if that’s a possibility I would try 50 acres and see how it goes but I’m pretty cautious. | |
