Hooker Twp,Ne | Make sure you ask your foot doc about possible Charcot foot. (google it) My toes started curling under and that’s what my one foot ended up with. Check your feet daily, especially underneath with mirror. Any blistering get to doc. Now I use both hand after shower and push my toes back and forth on both feet at least 25x and usually 50x. Seems to help some. When Charcot foot started with me the doc blamed it on sprained ankle. Simple ex-ray isn’t enough. Need mri or ct-scan. I’ve been fighting it for over year and half and had total ankle surgery this last winter. Hopefully that will do it and I’m back in shoes and out of medical boot. | |
