Yes this in in Utah, we got a around a 1" or better in rain and snow the last week there. End of February we got 10" at main ranch, melted that and got rain. We've been very fortunate to get moisture, lower portions of Utah haven't gotten any all winter. Not looking good for them, I'm hoping we have enough to start grass here.
