Thumb of Michigan | We have a couple of Alens in an old farmhouse. They are not cheap, even the HEPA filters are pricy. BUT they work, taking stuff as small as 0.1 microns out of the air (smoke from candles or the screw up on the stove).
First thing wife noticed was less dusting need. We replace filters about every 3-5 months, IIRC. Cheap ones never got the job done; they were a waste of money. | |
