Guggisberg Cheese won Grand Champion at the recent US national contest. Channel 8 interviewed the Guggisberg family about this accomplishment and also made a little snack: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROYQYSpniVQ
I'm a big fan of their Baby Swiss but their Sharp Swiss is my favorite.
About once a year we head up that way and stock up on cheese. We hit Pearl Valley, Guggisberg and Heini's.
We didn't make it this past winter though, might have to try to find a time in the next couple months.
