I have a Breadman Ultimate and it makes very good bread. In case you haven't tried this- be sure to use bread flour and Bread Machine Yeast- I like the Fleischman's in the brown jar. Also make sure your yeast is fresh. You can also add Vital Wheat Gluten to help it raise- this was a good tip from my aunt when I first got my bread machine.
