Years ago we saved a cream colored Charlois cross hfr back for my young son out of a group of purchased stocker calves. She made a great cow producing a dozen calves over her tenure. She was always bred to black Angus bulls, and after initially throwing out a red calf, her next six alternated between all white and all black every year. It was amazing!
