coast of Maine | JRosenberg,We live in a rather cloudy /damp area as well.The bakery we run at our market produces a lot of bread.It has no preservatives unlike commercial breads that almost all have a couple fungicides in them.What we tell our customers ,store it in the fridge or freeze for extended use.It is why in the days of old people visited their village baker.You just could not keep it . | |
