Southwestern Minnesota | I'll just add to this note- I don't use my bread machine near as much now as I did when I had kids at home. Now I really enjoy using it for the Flax Seed bread that I like. I make a loaf and then keep it in the freezer so that I don't have to eat it so quickly due to no preservatives. I also use it to make doughs, as has been discussed by others. We especially like the homemade pizza dough or specialty holiday breads and I just use it to mix and proof the dough the first go around. | |
