We bought a 5105M new several years ago. Every morning, the 3 pt takes a minute or 2 to fully raise. Once it's warmed up it's ok. We never use the joystick so I can't help there. The hydraulics are just adequate to run a hydraulic motor on our Monosem planter.
The quality of steel and castings is disappointing. There's more slop in the 3 point pins at 3000 hours, than our 4020 has at 9000 hours.
