| What about an under body truck box?
Steel, water tight (ish), they come in many sizes, easy to mount, and available all over.
To go cheap, you could even search Marketplace, they're all over, especially a crossover toolbox or bed rail box if that fit the bill.
For our pull rope to mount it to the auger cart I bought the smallest Job Box I could find and mounted that to the cart, it's very weather resistant.
