I have a 6420 2003 and it has been a good chore tractor. The only problem that I have had with was the left hand reverser. I guess there are magnets in there that keep it in gear and at about 350 hours it would just pop back down to neutral. It was still on warrenty so they changed it. No problems with the new one and there is 425 hours on it. Good Luck.
