Yes , I gained about 2mpg on longer trips & about 1mpg on shorter everyday trips. The place I noticed it the most was the increase in power. Before I could not turn the tires on pavement now I can really light them up !! Don't know if thats good or not , wears tires out faster now!! You can also change shift points in tranny and reprogram for larger tires.
