Shaftsbury, Vermont (SW VT) | Thanks to everyone who wished me well on the operation(s). All went well. They did one on Feb 28, and the other yesterday. Not fully focused yet, but things sure are brighter and colors are back! Probably won't need glasses to drive (the Dr. says), but will he tell that to the guy at MV who has me look into the scope? License says they're required, so I need to get that off there. I will need glasses to read, but drug store magnifying glasses are working OK. All in all, it went well; lots of prep time, and about 12-14 minutes in the operating room. Thanks again to everyone for your encouragement. Oliver Durand |
