What if any insecticide are you putting down? We used some kid of blue stuff years ago that was a lot like Temik.
My Grandfather used to raise onion seed. Then my Dad had a custom farming operation where he specialized in onions, from planting to harvest and then getting them out of storage in the winter time.
Seeing your pictures brings back lots of memories.
