yes John Deere has bought Conservapac. They bought it for the opener and individual down pressure technology from what I hear. Haven't heard what Jim Halford is going to do. Also not sure if the cost of the lost lawsuit had anything to do with the sale. In Western Canada SeedHawk, StrawTrac ConservaPak and now Bourgault with same style is dominating market. JD wants to keep their market share.
