Mid Michigan | I think a cab suspension is about the only hope to quiet most tractor cabs down. I just put all new foam interior in a white 4-150 and the exhaust is all factory original that I refurbished to like new. It is still loud in there though. Between the non radial tires and the clunky articulation joint and that roaring cat up there, you still have to play the radio pretty loud! I stay a lot cleaner than I do on an open platform though and this fall it was raining and misting and very cold and the heat and windshield wiper was a blessing. I always feel safer in a cab too because you always have that feeling you could fall off an open platform on a fluke sometime. | |
