Woodham, Ontario | These are great tractors to work with. Usually, when given the choice, our people try to drive this one over the JD 7210. Transmission is good, engine is good, lift capacity is much better than the deere. The supersteer will be great for haying and the 6-row planter. JD 7000 series tractors have a poor turning radius. The cab suspension is simple but more effective than the front axle suspension on a JD 7810.
We had an early 2003 TM 140 with too many small problems, more than usual from what I gathered. Traded it for a new 2005 TM190 and with 1800+ hours it has been a great tractor, extremely reliable. I would take a 2005 tractor over a 2004 though, make sure it has all the updates. | |
