| Yes the S2 is just being used as a GPS. It does not perform any other task. The Baseline is used for corrections. the rover radio is connected to the S2.
The edrive has some heading gyros. I dont think that either the edrive or the cultiva have any tilt compensation. There is no where is the menu's to enter an antenna height that is needed for tilt compensation.
You can either use the S2 or the R-100 to send NMEA to the cultiva.
R-100 advantages
Much higher position resolution - in the mm's. S2 resolution in about 1.5 cm. Not that the system is that accurate anyway.
Cheaper
S2 Advantages
battery readout on the LCD
Less lockups and issues than the R-100
Close the same price as the R-100 so you get another lightbar for free.
Easier to change Radio channels.
