Combine auger in ALWAYS, I watch that thing bounce around when out and think that cant be good on it and as dad says if it was made to stay out it would have been built like his old gleaner K and have no button or cylinder to fold it in. As far as the cart, when I had the Junk Deere cart I left it out alot because it wasnt very tall and didnt have a shut off if the cart wasnt empty, ( hated the spilled grain). The Killbros goes in since you can clean the auger out if the cart isnt empty. I do leave the auger out on the cart at night to keep moisture from getting in the tube.
