Dave, We are continuing to work on both the 3004/Zipper and the Pluribus as NH3 application methods. They are really for different markets as you point out. The 3004 has been used by many to apply fertilizer into the sides of ridges in the fall - dry and liquid. It tracks pretty well as long as you have equal numbers of RH & LH units. Sealing NH3 into the sides of ridges in the fall however is a different application completely. Our NH3 work with the 3004 is mostly aimed at planter mounted applications, where we can fit it in there. That naturally leads into sidedress applications.
