Jersey Shore, PA | No permits needed as of now. A group formed several years ago and tried to charge us for using water out of the river. That has since died down thankfully. Didnt quite get the whole thing to begin with, but I'm sure its not over forever.
This is a nice place to farm....................when there's rain. 30-40% rest of today. Tired of watching radar! Getting ready for round 2 of irrigating seed corn next week.
