Keith,
Yes it was. Just south of Dover. We stayed over night there and I think it took us <20 mins to drive to the farm in the morning. Lots of nice looking ground down there. Also looks like lots of buildings replacing that ground.
We also went to the Ruetuske(sp?) sale down there last year? Have never seen so much equipment in one place.
