E.Central MN | I know they're both contact herbicides, but the issue of changing the mode of action is a reason for going to Liberty for corn rather than glyphosate. Changing the mode of action is also one reason for going with a tank mix or pre-plant herbicide when planting glyphosate corn along with gaining a little residual activity. This year I didn't get any pre-emerge herbicide on, but I still had something besides glyphosate in the tank mix when it was sprayed to keep broadleaves under control (rather than relying on just RoundUp to do the job). | |
