| On another board I frequent(NOTHING to do with farming) this gal planted 4 tomatoes in 4 different pots on her deck/patio. She has this squirrel that comes robs the tomatoes as they get ripe.
Being the regular NON violent all nature loving people they are,,,they dont want to use pepper sprays OR moth balls for fear of harming something.
Has anyone ever 'heard' of a squirrel that likes tomatoes?? I never have!!
Other than "fully"cover with chicken wire or similiar,,,how else to naturally deter a pesky squirrel and no they dont hunt or shoot squirrels either!! IF I didnt know this person pretty well,,,I would say, NO WAY,,,your pulling my leg!! Suggestions?? | |
