Subject: RE: Squirrels and tomatoes --way OT!!!

We have 7 baby squirrels this year when they were about 2 months old the mother squirrel commited suicide at least we found her dead under the tree they live in maybe the babies pushed her out in her sleep .
They are stealing the small green pears off the tree and hiding them in all sorts of spots like up Electric poles ontop of the transformer. But these little guys and Girls are excellent farmers cause we have a beautiful crop of sunflowers growing here and there they let them get about 4 inches in size before they tear into them

they climb the screen doors its really funny are patio door when we close the screen they jump at the glass side thinking the screen is still there dog sits in the house watching the squirrels slide down the glass LOL

pic's attached

as you will see dog has givin up on chasing them i blame the squirrels for the hernia the dog suffered cost $1100.00 to stitch him back up

But back to your question there is a uTube video of some guys that set up a slingshot feeder at their patio door when squirrel was in postion they cut the string and slingshot made ofsurgical rubber bands sent the squirrel on his way LOL don't tell PETA i laughed
