Welcome to the forum. Most of the suggestions mentioned above are good and will do a good job for you. I guess I would recommend something different, I would find me a good 175 or 185 (185) preferred Allis Chalmers and use that. I had a 185 and 2 boys could not tear it up, so it should last a long time and it will do a lot of work if want to take on some more land. They take some getting used to and are not for the finicky, but are good tractors. Most likely the best 70hp tractor for durability that has been made. Just an opinion, so the cost is minimal.
