I agree, but I knew that I wanted to farm ever since I can remember so I had to make a plan to start from scratch because that was the only way for me (not that it's any better or worse than other guys ways of entering the business). Learning the tractor/ heavy truck repair trade was a small part of the puzzle I had to put together. Working in the crop protection business was equally as valuable in my opinion. My goal was to be as self sufficient as possible.
How much tractor do I need?
