Alt A..........let her spend nearly all that she wants per year.......

Alt B........split the pie now.................

So.........Alt A-----the present value at about 8% of letting her spend for say whatever lifetime might be projected..........

compared to ..............

Alt B----------splitting the equity now (damn.......land prices are up.......that's not good........might otherwise get away from just walking away from the house and keeping the rest),   and, she would probably get a meaner attorney, so that would translate into the "usual" 50% plus the additional meaness factor------assume 15%...........................plus factor in any income taxes on the sale of any properties/machinery needed to balance the 65/35...........add hospital costs from the three sons kicking me for crapping on their mother, plus whatever she might do to me at night while I'm sleeping prior to finalizing the split.......................(this alt B could be a real problem)..........
