we do a lot of different contacts down here. most are crop share rent. and in my oppinion, i had not rather do it any other way. Most are 1/3 and the landlord pays his part of the fertilizer, tech fees, and crop scouting and insecticide applicatoins. and we have some that are 1/4 and the landlord pays nothing. we have very little cash rent down here.
How do you rent ground?
