Northville, SD | OK all of you smart guys. I have been having this problem for 4 weeks. I run a 4920 sprayer with JD's spraymaster tips. They are actually Hypro. JD calls them Broadcast and turf applications tip. They are air injection. We have taken them off twice and taken them apart cleaned and cleaned. Use an in line strainer-80 mesh, have tried 120 mesh. Cleaned the system wherever posssible, had the tips on a test stand-actuall put out a bit more than rated, but stastically are acceptable. AT 15 mph, 5 gal per acre what should my pressure be and how many gal per acre.? No wise cracks-I have about had it . | |
