Blue Grass (Eastern IA) | Aphid #'s went from 50/ plant on monday, to 300+ on thursday. Called Lindell aerial out of Aledo, Ill. He gets $14 for chem and application, but I would have to wait 3 days. I can do it myself tomorrow for $8 with tractor and 60ft boom, but will run down alot. Beans are waist high in twin rows (closed). What would be the most profitable plan? Run down $8 beans or let the aphids feast for 3 more days ( and maybe more if he dosen't get to me)? Any other good flying services out there that could do me tomorrow? I'm near Davenport.
