Central IL | I am seeing fewer adult CRW in beans as well. However, Japanese beetles haven't been quite as bad either to this point (holding breath) not sure if it's just a general lack of beetles. Beans are getting chewed, but not close to threshold yet. Find a leaf with 10-12 JB having a little "party" ; ) every once in a while, but they seem lower as well.
CB was BAD here last year in refuge. Every stalk had at least one. CB Bt had none.
BTW, aphids last night were WAY lower in population. Seems most have gotten wings and taken off for greener (cooler?) pastures. | |
