Stalk size was unaffected. By July 1st, the stalks were as big as they were going to get. They were good size, but a 90 mph wind doesn't care if it is a 2' diameter oak tree, they are going down! The difference was in splitting stalks and seeing the difference. Disease and cannibalization are reduced/slowed.
