dont know about west tn. but you might try don medlin equipment in caruthersville, mo. he handles a lot of rice equipment and this classifies as rice equipment. here is the website of the most common ones in the area. you see some pop up at sales as well. there were 3 this past winter at the annual sale in kennett mo.
