Our variety yield tests are not "official scientific grade". We always trial varieties in whole fields and use truck scales to weigh. We do yield maps also, sometimes those maps show variety yield difference but mostly they show soil moisture capacity differences. We usually finish shelling corn shortly after deer season ends. Might be early this year, depends on mother nature, as always.
