It's the thing-a-ma-jig used to apply this stuff in the irrigation furrows. It has a little insert at the end of the pvc pipe that measures out about a tablespoon of the soil-pam which looks a lot like sugar. http://www.cropinfo.net/bestpractices/bmppamreport.html
