South Central Kansas, Harper County | Thanks for the info!(from all that replied!) Last week I ran about 1/2 gallon on household ammonia with about 200 gallon water into my tank(plastic tank). Run it through its rinse procedure, eductor, etc. Sprayed it through the booms, then let it set overnight. Next day I sprayed the solution out, did rinse procedure once again with clean water, then sprayed it out. Removed all tips and filters, strainers, placed them in ammonia/water solution for a bit, then rinsed them all out, and installed all back on sprayer. Just to be on the safe side, I then run a little bit of commercial cleaner through the sprayer. Then filled up with glyphosate and sprayed a small field of beans before I went into the cotton. Did my poorest field of cotton first, just in case! :-) So far so good. Might have been a little extreme on all my cleaning procedures, but man, didnt want to say I didnt try everything to get it cleaned up!
